Remember, homes vary in price depending on size, year, model,  bedrooms, how well they have been maintained, as well as supply and demand.  If the home you want is also the same type of home that other people want, there will be more bidders and they will drive up the price.

What Not To Expect.

Do not expect  the biggest and newest doublewide, in perfect shape, with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms for a handyman price, it will probably cost between $25,000-$40,000 delivered.  They are $70,000 Plus New.

Do not expect  the biggest and newest singlewide, in perfect shape, with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms for a handyman price, it will probably cost between $16,000-$24,000 delivered.  They are $36,000 Plus New.

DO NOT expect a handy man special to be a piece of junk or not worth looking at purchasing. Most of them need some combination of : minor sheetrock repairs, painting, maybe new carpet or vinyl floor covering.
